Delivery areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery options, charges and estimated dates may vary for remote areas, including parts of the Highlands, Islands and other locations where additional courier restrictions or surcharges apply.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are usually picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Express orders placed before the displayed cut-off may be processed sooner where stock, payment authorisation and courier availability allow.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, promotional events, public holidays or where additional checks are required.

Delivery options and charges

The delivery options available for your order will be shown during checkout. Current charges are set out below.

Delivery charges are displayed before you confirm your order. Where the checkout displays a different charge because of your address, postcode, basket contents or a temporary promotion, the charge shown at checkout will apply.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery normally takes approximately 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

For one-time purchases, Standard Delivery costs £3.99 on orders below £39 and is free on qualifying orders of £39 or more.

The estimated delivery date or delivery range for your postcode will be displayed during checkout where available.

Subscribe & Save delivery

Subscribe & Save orders receive free Standard Delivery when the recurring subscription subtotal is £25 or more.

Subscribe & Save orders with a recurring subscription subtotal below £25 are charged £3.99 for Standard Delivery.

The Subscribe & Save delivery threshold is calculated using the value of eligible recurring subscription products after applicable discounts. One-time products may not count towards the Subscribe & Save free-delivery threshold.

Delivery eligibility and charges may be recalculated for future subscription orders if you change products, quantities, discounts or delivery frequency.

If the value of a future subscription order falls below £25, the applicable Standard or Express Delivery charge may be added to that order.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is available as an optional faster service for eligible UK delivery addresses.

Express Delivery costs £5.99 when the order does not qualify for free Standard Delivery.

When an order qualifies for free Standard Delivery, Express Delivery is available as an upgrade for £2.99.

This means the £2.99 Express upgrade applies to:

• qualifying one-time orders of £39 or more; and
• qualifying Subscribe & Save orders with a recurring subscription subtotal of £25 or more.

Express Delivery normally takes approximately 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, depending on your postcode, courier coverage and the time your order is placed.

The usual Express order cut-off is 1:00 pm. The live cut-off and estimated delivery date shown in your basket or checkout will apply to your order.

Orders placed after the applicable cut-off, or on a non-processing day, weekend or bank holiday, may be processed on the next available working day.

Express Delivery is not automatically selected. You must choose Express Delivery during checkout if you would like to use the faster service.

If you select Express Delivery for a Subscribe & Save order, the applicable Express charge may also apply to future recurring deliveries until you change your delivery method.

Express Delivery remains subject to stock availability, payment authorisation, courier coverage and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free delivery thresholds

For one-time purchases, free Standard Delivery applies when the qualifying order value is £39 or more.

For Subscribe & Save orders, free Standard Delivery applies when the qualifying recurring subscription subtotal is £25 or more.

Free-delivery thresholds are normally calculated after applicable product discounts have been applied and before any delivery charge is added.

Gift cards, delivery charges, cancelled items, refunded items and other excluded amounts may not count towards a free-delivery threshold.

Free Standard Delivery cannot normally be exchanged for a cash discount. Customers who choose Express Delivery must pay the applicable Express charge shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates and delivery ranges displayed in your basket, during checkout, in your order confirmation or in tracking information are estimates only.

Estimated dates may take account of the delivery service, order cut-off, processing days, weekends, bank holidays, blocked dates, courier availability and your delivery postcode.

A basket countdown indicates the time remaining before an applicable Express cut-off. It does not guarantee delivery on a particular date.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details where available.

If you have created an account, you may also be able to view your order status in your account area.

If your tracking has not updated within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us through the support options available on our website.

Delivery notes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruption, weather conditions, remote delivery areas, busy periods, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address, postcode and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by you.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided in your order, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave delivery instructions, attempt redelivery, deliver to a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or make the parcel available for collection, depending on the courier's process.

You are responsible for following the courier's instructions where a delivery attempt has been made.

If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered or collected, we may refund the product cost after deducting any delivery or return costs we have reasonably incurred, unless the failed delivery was caused by our error.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We may expand to additional regions in the future. Any updates to our delivery destinations will be published on our website.

Changes to delivery charges

We may update our delivery charges, thresholds, services or estimated timeframes from time to time.

The delivery options and charges displayed during checkout at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

Changes to Subscribe & Save delivery charges may apply to future recurring orders. Where appropriate, updated charges will be displayed in your account or communicated before a future payment is collected.
